Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Client

If you decide to cancel the services you have booked with Perfect Highway, please be aware that all payments made up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable. This policy applies to all services.

Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing via email or a formal letter.

2. Cancellation by Perfect Highway

In the unlikely event that Perfect Highway needs to cancel the services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund all payments made by the client. We will also work with the client to reschedule the services at a mutually agreeable time if possible.

3. Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits made to secure a booking with Perfect Highway are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation by the client. The deposit serves as a commitment to the project and covers administrative and preparatory work that begins as soon as the booking is confirmed.

4. No Refunds on Completed Services

Once services have been rendered and deliverables provided, no refunds will be issued. Any concerns or issues with the final deliverables must be addressed promptly, and we will work to resolve them to the best of our ability.
